WORTHING COLLEGE MEN’S BASKETBALL V COLLYERS – H – L 99-53

Worthing came up against Collyers in their AOC cup game. Worthing went into the game with high intensity and tough defense. The first half was very tough as Collyers were a very well drilled team and pressed Worthing in the full court. Although Tom Nederpel and Fernando Pulle managed to break through the press, Worthing were struggling to make some shots.

Worthing continued to play tough with Cameron Matthews stepping up and playing aggressive in the point however it wasn’t enough to overcome Collyers.

Final score: Worthing College: 53 Collyers: 99

Top performers: Bryan Salugao: 16 points, Fernando Pulle: 14 points and 8 steals, Cameron Matthews: 9 points
