Queen Marys College were Worthing’s 1st team opponents in the Hampshire League today. The home team started very strongly with some great defence throughout the court only conceding 1 goal in the qtr and scoring 34.
Coach Tina made some changes introducing Cally Hunter at centre who continued the good work Charlotte Stacey had begun. The girls kept their concentration all having individual targets – half time score was 60-5.
The second half continued with Worthing scoring well at every opportunity. More changes were made to the team with Bethen and Livvy introduced in the attacking circle and the girls remained focussed managing to score 100 goals to QMC’s 9 – a great result and good practice for National Schools on Saturday.
