Worthing won again on Wednesday in the AOC League as they beat Richard Collyers from Horsham. Worthing remain undefeated in all competitions as they won 91-39 keeping them 1st in the League. A special mention to Dec Byrd who surpassed his previous best points tally of 11 to 13 as he was on fire from downtown. Worthing take on Brockenhurst in their toughest game of the season away next week in the National Colleges Cup and coach Dom Baker says “It’s going to be a tough game and I’m not sure we have the mindset yet to come away with a win, when playing away at a place like Brockenhurst you have to overcome their supporters and play a very calm and composed game, but we will give it our best”.
